Because it's passed minute 15, and you left the game autoban was off but the stats will be saved... It's like this I think:
1. Before minute 5 if 1 player leaves the game is draw(autoban is off and the game will not be saved)
2. Befote minute 15 if 2 players leave the game is draw(autoban is off and the game will not be saved)

After minute 15 if 2 players leave autoban is off, but the game will be saved in stats and you will lose PSR if you leave, even if your team wins in the end, so next time play to the end, even though you were losing...

You always loose PSR when you leave the game. The only exception is when bot says "Game is considered DRAW"
