all games in this server , have a 2 or 3 players with mh , people play here because mh is   granted in this server or  beacause not  do a radical ban ¿¿

tell me HOW? IP ban? what about people who has dynamic IP?
if u have any idea which is gona be working on 100% share it with us, im pretty sure LA and EuroBattle crew will be apreciated for that.

As T_Bag said, dynamic IPs, also there are ways how you can evade it.
If you want IP, report rule-breaker on eurobattle.net.

Btw XPAM is working on solution of this MH problem. I think I can tell you this solution is being testing now.
