need help !!?

having problems on counters strike 1.6 having win7 and having big prob with FPS it is in range from 50-100
when i had xp it was 100 but now.... it is crazy---- drivers are fine.... vertical V. sync off....

search it on google. The only " advice " you can get here is : reinstall game / reinstall system...
