I just played once with that hero and noticed he can be number one hero soon. I failed since i have difficulty to manage 2 heroes at same time and this is exactly two heroes.
He is open for fantasies  8)

Could you tell me his ulti? I didnt understand the relation with hp/mana

Can you get manta and then manta for illusion as well? (even use refresher for 13 Arc warden?)

His ultimate requires percentage of his hp/mp to cast. Similar to phoenix.

Maybe you don't like MoM but its a good item in this case so that that you can open MoM for two units with %100 evasion for 5x2 seconds?. Thats good imo. I will try and I will try Hand of Midas as well to check double income :)

Uhm max illusions you can get is 9 1 main + 2 summoned arcs(ulti+ refresher) and 6 illusions for the moment I believe refresher is waste of money.

Over powered heroes were nerfed as they were supposed to be, deal with it! Ppl that play team games, at least from time to time, know that! Phoenix is one of the best support heroes now, if not the best! You got a imba heal now + you can disable their carries like np with that -150 AS (they got so low AS now that they are hitting themselves) or go to lane with that phoenix and try to last hit some creeps+ it has a small AOE so you can push or def without any problems... as for bara, bara nerfed at all, its just a little bit harder to last hit since you don't have +72 dmg only with PT! And I dont understand how you can say that the new heroes are boring to play? Either you tried that and sucked with them or you just dont understand what their spells do...

This works, 950 gold in 101 sec  ;) I think they will close it in next version.
