Does not necessarily it was fake, it was work in progress back then, features were probably changed on daily basis, but he probably decided it was too big of a change to implement right now. Changes like that will be affected by development of Dota 2 so it will take some time.
As for changes, some heroes got hit pretty hard by nerfstick, some got some huge buffs. Haven't tried new heroes, not sure if I like them from what I read, but this is same like every other map release, soon lots of things will be nerfed and balanced.

Ice frog plays support so he is always makeing changes like last map courier cost was from 170 to 150, now wards ) or samir must be paying him to make it

Anyways that new hero that makes his duplicate or w/e get necro book, hex, cyclone, and w/e else and make it all x2

btw roof is sick now, again you can cast regen on buildings and THE SPELL IS MOTHER FUCKING GLOBAL!!!

Coup de Grace critical strike multiplier increased from 2.5/3.25/4 to 2.5/3.5/4.5

but this one is epic

Static Link no longer breaks if Razor loses vision of the target (pick razor and get build in map hack ) )

Ether Blast can now be cast on allied units
Ether Blast now does damage based on the primary attribute of the holder instead of always agility

i dislike some changes. imba heroes are now even more imbalanced.
trax:  Drow Ranger
- Frost Arrow's slow increased from 50% to 60% at level 4
- Marksmanship level 3 agility bonus increased from 45 to 60
- Trueshot Aura damage bonus increased from 7/14/21/28% to 8/16/24/32%
- Silence cooldown decreased from 15 to 13
dafuq? +15 agi mmore dmg from aura. trax with treads and few wraith bands will have 300 dmg ...

huskar ulty 4 sec cd with scepter. so slow is 5 sec, but cd is 4?? insane

but 90% of changes are good.

Well Drow was already OP but you can fuck up her farm early game...

As for ether blade, you can easily go centaur ether blade now blink, stun, ether blade and double edge(which has aoe now )

Even if I am not happy with some of these changes it's nice have new things, I myself get bored with old stuff over and over again )  Can't wait to try these new heroes...

Lucifer mega in woods now, i just tested him and had midas in like 7min.
