IF just destroyed phoenix i mean wtf is that new sunray?
we have already 6 seconds afk ulti and now u add another one at least add a movement on that skill or dont change at all sunray was fine as it was and he is now such a boring hero.
Also looks like 6.75b is coming tonight IF said that at his blog. I hope it will be stable after release and we will be able to play on bot and try new changes how will affect the game.

Well phoenix was OP as hell, so nerf was nothing surprising. I'm not sure what to think of him right now, he is still ok and has his uses. I agree that sunray is bad right now, requires great setup for not so useful skill. I like his spirits though their utility is much lower, but they are nice early on for harass and AS reduction is good all game long. I'm not sure about Icarus Dive, I feel it's too short heal duration , Jugger Ward is better at that IMO. He does get some mobility but can be punished really hard, he no longer has free escape with dive.  His ulti is also not as easy to land because of lack of that dive. All in all he still needs to be tested properly, but if he turns out to be too weak he will get some tweaks like all heroes do.

I dled from getdota.com and it works without any problems... some of ppl told that their map has +-5.5MB.... Dunno what they dled ansd where
