I need little clarification regarding share abuse/item stealing:

Short:
Is is allowed to take leavers items in your hero and then sell them when rest of the team wants to sell them so everyone gets money?

1 player takes item from player who left and then he sells that item immediately. That way only he gets gold (or am I mistaking). Is this allowed? If yes then that means that I (or someone else) can take all items from player who left and then sell them for them selfs. This way only 1 (fastest, rudest... call him whatever you will) player gets gold. Is this allowed? I saw few games where people stop playing and try to get items for them selfs... and they keep controling left hero who moves left right left right.... and the game is ruined.

There is no clear rule about this but I personally wound considered it as game ruin, I'll ask my boss about this.
If he would take leave's items for own use, it is ok for me. But to take and insta sell? Ain't good.

The thing is , u can take the items , and sell them if u think u can buy sth that can bring u victory...
If u sell them , and buy 100 couriers , or branches , etc ..that's called Game ruining ....

^this, or if carry is farmed then the "feeder" should take it and maximize his chance of survival...

I have asked Resor, here is his answer:

It's OK when majority of teammates agree to do this for "greater good" (same as distribute items from leaver between teamates, instead of selling).
If it's done against other teamates will (and in stupid way - like 0/6 player with no future in game does this) - it may be considered as game ruining and it's banable.

???What the fuck dude? I had legitimate question that even moderators dont agree on and you say I spam?I didnt say anything bad about anyone... rude and lame.

In most of the cases people just take items... there is no discussion. Person just takes items and moves on or sells them. If someone complains will he get a ban? What then?
This creates situation that fastest finger gets items and other get pissed off... and when people "fight" for control of left players hero it takes time and game is lost... I just want to know in what cases I can take items and not just rudest player.
