I think too there must be new rule about this like ''if player lost connection in first 8 minutes it should be counted as game ruin(people waits in lobby for 10 minutes or even more so he no right to plug or disconnect if he got bad internet then he should get better one )and if its power loss then buy UPS its not that expensive.Not only he ruins and plugs game but he also gets unbanned ...

Ups is not a generator , i have a cable connection so no  electricity =  no internet ...

 i need power for my modem too.

dude  first plug ur UPS to wall then plug ur modem to USP.

Ratio would be 50:50 since has unstable connection,a lot of disconnects because of isp restart,slip on a cable etc.
I would say ban him he has 0:4 even if he disconnected it's 99% he did it on purpose

It happens all the time to disconnected , i used to have dial-yp connection and whenever the phone rang

i would 99% get disconnected  and on many occasions the game had just started .

the point is you all unban too easy, at least let them one day banned ffs.  Focus on mh-cker  reports and ban req take weeks to solve and unban section get done less one hour, something is wrong here.

We are focusing on Unabn req, and u might be suprised, but theres reason for that.. see when u are banned for 2 days and if your request is lying on board for 2 days, isnt it a bit pointless to even make it?
Otherway Ban req may be there for 3 days without touch, but person will be banned anyway so thats why we do Unban Req. at first.
