The game was draw because everybody left, there wasn't any1 who would finish the game. And when you leave you loose PSR.

3 players stayed and stats should be saved.but if its a draw ,autoban is off and ppl can leave right?basically it became a draw when 9players left?

If bot says "Autoban is off, you can leave..." you can leave, game will be draw and no further stats will be saved.
But if bot says "Autoban is off. This game will be saved in your ladder stats, you should play till the end." you can leave but you will loose PSR.

i get all that.so all of them lost points cause of leaving and game was regular till 9 players left and then became draw?

The games was regular until all players left the game cause no1 finished the game, duuuh...  Although autoban was of probably cause 2 players from one team left the game after 15 min mark ( I havn't clicked on the game link )
Regarding this, the bot never allowed me to finish the game alone, if there is only 1 guy ingame he will get kicked, at least in my situation several times...
