Is there possibility to make LA public league(s)? I am asking this question because of several reasons.
1.) I am playing dota for long time period, but i have absolutely no experience in cm/cd games. Usually i am playing sd rd and ar, In this kind of situations people are judging by themselves what to pick and what build to play, which gives you specific style of playing. But in most cases (mine case) that style is "noobish puber" style to official "pro" players.
2.) In the regional league that i was trying to play, most time captains lvl 3 abuse their power and allow to people of their choice/ stack to sign even the people are waiting to play. And after that when they wish to play and pick that random guy that is waiting they say "Please delete dota". I can remember the times when there was queue for pd bot, you could not make game easily as now because of big amount of players, but many of them left server.
3.) By my opinion there is chance to make a lot of quality players by doing this, experienced people can teach "noobish" ones how to play within team, learning the basics of team play. Maybe there is hope for getting dota on higher level. I know that this requires time, patience and a lot for certain people. But if that kind of people exist why they do not deserve a chance.
P.S. I am noob for that kind of games that's why i am typing this.
