Is it even possible to kill phoenix in real game?

Actually I've seen a replay where it was done (in public game), though it required a premade stack stomping pub with some 5-carry strat (iirc something like void troll luna rexxar or similar for permabash and maximized team DPS output).

Basically they bursted it down (and it had like 20k hp with decent armor) within 20 seconds (between supernova suns) without dying to immolation and autoattack (Phoenix had reartded stats gain upon leveling). To stop it from respawning (actually, stop it from turning into egg), they had to hex it just before death (hex lasted 1s due to resistance).

Baja will be pleased to hear it was pretty doable solo (!) with techies - you only needed like 35 or 36 remote mines,  Aghs, hex (reasons above), and lot of free, undisrupted time* and someone to summon it.


IIRC 3/5 scourge players left game after summoning, one afked at fountain (or left, dunno) and last one asked them to not kill him and let him see phx getting owned

We managed to kill TC in the quest of 59 We played 2v2 game(no top) and my teammate went around the map searching for the maps and summoning TC, so their Lancer got farmed on his lane and they were destroying our base, so he asked them to go top and see sth, and they went, and we managed to kill him after like 30 mins or more with joined forces...

The first dota map i played is 2.01 in RoC 9 years ago i think. There wasnt deny , only 20 heroes to pick and totally 50items....
