Deceptive gamename as a ban reason?

Hi,
I'd like to ask if this situation is banable, or if when I leave a game like this, will I get unban:

GN states certain game mode, but in the game host types different one. 5 out of 10 players want to remake the game, the quorum for a succesfull remake is 8 votes, so we are 3 votes short.

Do I have to play this game? If I leave, I will get autobanned, will I get unbanned? Is this a ban-reason against host (game ruining)? What is the correct way of dealing with this situation?

I don't think it should be mandatory for me to play, because the game I joined and the game we are about to play, are different. The host has swindled me to join his game, I don't wanna be a puppet in his hands, playing whatever mode he/she made up in that moment. I think there should be a way out, but something more realistic than either trying to persuade them to kick me by vote (they would never do that, because if they do, the autoban would be off and the game would be lost for them), or to try to persuade them to remake the game (the host wants to play, and several of the other players "don't care", so they don't vote). If I leave, I get banned. If I go afk, I get banned. If I refuse to play and go forest or something, I get banned (and I waste my time and PSR in a game that is a complete shit).

How do I get out of this situation and don't get a ban?

P.S.: This is not about host's mistake. This is about an arrogant cunt, who just doesn't care. Whenever I host a game and make a real mistake in the mode (it can happen, there's no doubt about that), I always type !rmk first and apologize to the other players. If they decide to play anyway, then we play. But I am talking about a situation, in which host mutes all, and starts using invectives, as if it was not HIM, who typed different mode than the gamename has stated, and thus ruining the game for all of us, who don't want to play HIS forced mode.

Not all hosts use !hcl or !mode to set mode before the game starts. That is not the problem. The problem is, that the host types the mode manually and does it wrong. If he sets the mode before the game starts, I can leave the game before it starts, but I cannot do so (without being banned) in the game.

Host all ways do hcl and mode but sometimes before you enter game,if you got a game where host didn't type it  and it started report it here since that's a bot bug/exploit

You CAN NOT, I repeat CAN NOT start the game before writing the mode!!!! Mby if you play non-ladder games you can start without setting the mode, but in ladder games the mode MUST be set before you can start!

umm, you can host game set mode example: !hcl cm.

We dont have that rule anymore. Mode is typed in lobby , and you have 5 secs ( each number in countdown is 0,5 sec ) to leave the lobby .

You have few seconds to leave when host !starts the game. You have commands !hcl and !mode to check game mode + when host !starts the game bot says "Game is starting, game mode is set to [<game mode>]." And game can't be started without setting game mode in lobby.
So you can't leave game like this and host won't be banned for this as well as he won't be banned for making gn "-ap 1600+ no TR" and letting Turks and ppl with lower psr in.
