Well it is if it's protected with copyrights(same like yt songs you cant repost them but they are on internet),if pd has the copyrights for the icons it can sue the site/site owner

Those icons were made long time before they were posted , and yes , dolly made those icons , he has PSD files (me as well), which proves it is his work. You just have PNG copies which you can get anywhere.

Not true , it is upto you if you will give public access to it. If you have legal domain , you own everything on site .
