Look it and u will ask your self HOW? LOOK AT ALL STATS OF THESE TOO. IT IS ONE PERSON.

Not really, stats transfer and stats reset could do it pretty messy. Rocka has something similar:

Total ladder games: 312
Wins: 62 (71%)
Loses: 20 (23%)

Rocka's situation is probably because he did stats reset, then total ladder games stay there, but games won and games lost go from 0, if you know what I mean ^^
