i cant connect to BN

when i try to conn,looks like invalid modem,i have gproxy,i mean i tryed with out gproxy,so its not about it.Its probably something else,i got ip ban? If i do,i dont know how to check it,but also i doubt that is.I asked some ppl and they said to click on eurobattle.reg about some refresh,but that is not woring too.Also i deleted w3 and copyed from friend pc and tryed on mine later,but again its same mistake.This is what i see when i try to conn:
