Reinstall dota 2 from steam i mean delete it from Steam-games then download it again and update it

I dont know why people ask tech questions here about Dota2 . There is OFFICIAL site ,which is playdota.com and also you have steam community. How you expect someone to help you ? It is like , you are in Raifesein bank , and you go to totally other bank and ask questions about your credit card which was given in raifeisen.
