Need some help...

OK, here is the deal: Every time I turn on w3 my pc restarts, well I know I had a problem with my pc overheating so I put a vent by it to try to keep it cooler...I went to see if there is a cooler to put in but none fits, usually it restarted when  I enter a game and play a bit or sth like that but now it restarts just when the start screen from w3 is about to appear...so I thought mby its a prob with w3 and I tried to start Counter-Strike(1.6 ofc) and the same shit happened...any thoughts?? Could rly use some help... btw my pc is rly rly old )

Did all that and checked the capacitors  :/  LOL my graph card 256 xD did an update for drivers xD ROFL now I opened my central unit and put a vent by it to blow blow blow...dunno if it will help tho! :/
