Again fail it is waste of money...you get better stats from buying power treads on int and atack speed ...arcane boots is hit of od...he has regen mana aura and wasting 1500 to buy mana and mana refresh...power treads for same money gives mana,boost your ultimate , etc,etc

My keypad is wireless so it bugs most of the time and that is reason why i write bad but i do know english good

Agreed, with your aura, you will almost never run out of mana. Arcane boots is a waste of money and is better spent on treads on travels.

agree with vaikis, its the best build, and these items give harbi enough mana to spam, maxing astral help dominate the lane and stop from enemies casting spells, best some lowmanapool str with stun, with steal int you can harass them better and with essence you can spam it freely, arcane is too expansive to spam from early game, and in team fight ulti frst it cause nice dmg but whats nicer that empty enemies manapools and fight is over(OFC f+++ing Pugna is laughing )

Since it's empty, I can give you a suggestion that is 100% true and it should be so in anyone's opinion:
Repick obsidian when you fight bambi or nukers, this hero is higly fragile because:
_____you DON'T want to buy lifesteal, Since you got the best orb effect after ursa's.
_____you DON'T want to buy strength, you prefer concentrate on intellect.

And your high damage (even with the free divine rapier like dmg in late game) is useless when you practicly CAN'T ATTACK with -80%...

lol this hero is ain't fragile at all if u got well pick  couple disablers 1 mass stun or atleast normal stun and 1 decent tank to go get damage while harbringer get oportunity to take out enemies with ulti

Astral and aura in begin,later (when astral is lvl 4 and aura lvl 3 ) you can start lvl up Arcane Orb.

About item build:

PT intell ofc, 2 talismans then HEX and then the best part come>>>SCEPTER.You get hp,inteligence AND GIGA SUPER ULTI.Then you won.

ps : If you have noob team and still didn't win then go dagger,shiva,even bs or silence, depends...

aghanim ain't that good on destro tho its only 14x int  and w/o scepter its 12x  so imo scepter should be like last item unless ur playing vs lots of  low base int heros

Vaikis,dude,i dont know is it 14x or 17 or 144x i just know when i use ulti i get ultra or rampage.xD
So scepter must be imba  !!!
