And why would enigma be camper, while she is jungling? Or sylla, lycan, enchantress, chen etc.

The solution would be to unite the neutrals and creeps, like in dota 2.

I meant in general,i don't think that there are that much junglers and if it's -ar i don't think anyone gets enigma,lycan,axe etc
