Ofc we are unhappy, unfortunately none of mods can do anything, same goes for most of admins (logically, how can tour admin do anything?!). If you are trying to get some info I think you won't succeed...

I know the feeling brah, dota is a game like diablo 2, may have 0 graphic, may have many enemies but will always be game to which u want to come back
