Idea is to make a replay parser

Everyone can upload his replay and will see it parsared as stats site and if some ppl start to use it for vouch req for rgc , dotalicious n shot ppl will see playdota

Yes uploading replay on stats page requires coding in c++ and yet if you gonna use c++ you would need to include mysql.h and instead of writing whole ghost.cpp(i guess i remembered good) you could just copy the part that's used for it
