PLS HELP

I can t run installation of Installer_V9 whan i open it PC say:

Eurobattle.net installer has encountered a problem and needs to close.We are sorry for the inconvenience.

What i need to do or install to run installation?

I install thats not help :(

Did someone else know what program need for start that? to download mannualy.
