Putting -ar in gn and setting game -sd isn't bannable.
You have !mode and !hcl command + !when host starts the game bot says "Game is starting, game mode is set to [XX]", so you don't even have to use those commands.
When you see some1 spamming !f and !p just after !start, there's something host don't want you to know. Mostly it is a balance...

We stopped controling every bit of ''rule breaking'' , we pay attention more to more serious abuses. These ones can be prevent by exiting the game , i dont see why is that huge deal.
