Heya,
I think it will be better if you disable !sd in the lobby and in-game but don't get me wrong, I don't mean everything just few features such as kills, deaths, assists, creeps killed, neutrals killed, well 2/3 lol. I'll explain better below.
The features from !sd I've mentioned above are useless in game & lobby, stats are irrelevant... dota is a team game so whenever you have 21/0/random or 2/11/random(kills,deaths,assists) means absolutely nothing, it shows that you like the steal kills or not wanting to sacrifice for the team(see below for more details, examples). I must admit tho, when I check for the stats of some player, the first thing I look into are the kill/death/assist and deny ratios, a big mistake but that's how the system seems to be working.
So the game I had few moments ago, one player checked the stats of another player and he told him, "Hey man, awesome kill ratio" on Serbian language, this only proves that most people in this community including myself fall for the same thing over and over again, again dota is a team game and people should stop paying so much attention to the stats.
Kill steal:
If you kill a player on low hp while your team mate is literally on his back often you're subdued to well questions and even insults because you decided to kill him. Well speaking from my own experience I had tons of people escaping from certain death because of this, I didn't want to steal, I couldn't care less about the kill, but because the drama that comes afterwards.
Same thing if you just watch and the enemy team mates arrive and help him escape.
Dying:
Perfect example for this is a game that I played about a week ago. We had a player playing the naga. Long story short: he never used his ultimate to our advantage as a team, only to save his "behind", people forget that sometimes it's best to sacrifice yourself so the rest of the team can escape, but I don't mean like feeding them lol.
Also, in team fights you can see people staying back or retreating prematurely because they don't want to "die" seriously, it's a game, nothing will happen to you in real life unless you have a heart condition.
I don't see a reason to go into more details about the other features
assists: Eww I have 17 assists and only 4 kills(figure it out why he says that.)
Creeps killed: lolfarmer
Neutrals killed: --^
Like I said, adding a new feature
"Disconnects" It would be nice if you can add such feature, being able to check and see who's a potential plugger, leaver or a guy with a bad connection.
I "came up" with this suggestion mostly thanks to Garena and their ladder system, they only have wins/losses/disconnects as far as I know lol.

If what I'm about to suggest was already suggested/rejected or discussed I have missed the thread, anyhow.
I was wondering about implementing a votemute command. Sometimes in games there are very annoying people who just won't shut up(literally.) and not accommodating hosts. I had games where I practically had to beg the host to mute one of my teammates for insulting, spamming. So I really think such command would be useful and besides if the host is in the opposite team he only has your word that someone from your team is flooding the chat. So like the kick/rmk command what about a votemute for couple of minutes?

I have watched my share of Dota videos and I'm curious to hear other people opinions about it. To make it more clear I want to know what do you guys think about the music, video effects, video content, the intro, video length etc... or the lack of the things I mentioned.
Personally my own opinion is, to make a good dota video it doesn't require to be a skilled player, even a beginner can do it, as long as he knows his way around the software. In most videos people comment on the players skills but that doesn't show anything now does it (This of course explains the 21st century cinema)? You watch a 10 minute video from 10-20 (give or take.) games and most people come to the conclusion that the guy is a really good gamer when it comes to Dota. Perhaps in 1 out of 10 videos you find a person commenting on issues not involving the skill, which is good, shows one intelligence.
Example of a videos with plenty of video effects, editing, music, good intro etc
Job well done.
On the other hand, the videos who don't have or lack of video effects, editing, intro, music(or a poor choice of music) and so on, even tho the gamers may display good skills, large and organized fights, it still makes it a very boring video and those few minutes seem like hours and most of the time you don't even watch it to the end.
Naturally, this is for people who enjoy watching videos on youtube or similar sites.

Hey guys! Since I have nothing better to do, I want to share couple of tricks I learned about waiting in the lobby. Ok ok my guide will blow you away. You'll be speechless, I shit you not.(Commander Anderson, The Rock) Double click on Frozen Throne exe. wait... That's not it. Double click on Euroloader.exe Yeah now we're talking. Then, click "Battle Net" Type your username and password and log in. Now we're at a crossroad please read carefully 1.If you plan to host a game click on "Channel" and type the following: playdota.eu and when you join the channel you do all that mambo jombo stuff to host a game. - If you don't want to host a game and listen to people flaming you for stuff it's out of your hands(lag for instance) BUT... (There is a "BUT" people!) You know a guy who's willing to host(or we call just call him your friend) go ahead and click on "Custom Game" Almost there, I'm so excited  WE CONTINUE! Find his server and join. The crossroad is behind us. As a host, you're expected to check every member if his stats correspond to the game you're hosting. So you do that, you check for ping and stats. When 10 people join your game logically you start checking them for their stats. The Sentinel: Host(You): who cares. (if friend is hosting) who cares, (if you're the host, read above). Bob:60/4. Bob doesn't have a life but he is accepted, his stats correspond the game he is in. This is a story of a adult who wants to strangle few persons, yes playing dota on regular basics tends to turn one normal individual into a ferocious animal. So one day I was walking in circles in my room wondering what to do whether to go outside and play with my friends or stay at home and relax for the night. Heh within seconds I dressed up and with the speed of light and I ran outside. Oh joy I'm going outside to play with my friends, smell the flowers, enjoy the fresh air, pat the animals. Such thoughts filled my mind and my heart with happiness. I wanted to feel alive, climb to the highest point in my region and yell with all my energy "I'm alive!". But the moment I walk through that door I felt strange, I wasn't happy anymore. Where did all my love, happiness for the outdoors went? I was frighten. I looked around me and realized something terrible. I love in the bloody city, what the hell was I thinking in the first place? The air is polluted, there are no flowers to smell and my friends? Well they're either drunk, studying for the never ending exams or sleeping. With broken heart I came back in my room. and I logged on eurobattle.net So finally we're here. When a host bans you 2 mins before the game ends, the ban is for how long? I can't log on ingame and check for myself.
