Problem with logon [SOLVED]

after I connect with battle net and logon, it immediately says that my connection to battlenet has been lost before i can do anything. Wtf is this ?

OK so I don't have comment. I'm sorry for bad behaviour; it's never anything PERSONAL with anybody here just so you know, I appreciate every one of you for keeping this community alive. Just to throw that out there, I'm not a complete asshole, I try sending good vibes most of the time

 I only have one question. You said my IP is locked, but right now i'm not home so I have a different IP than usual. So what exactly is locked and what kind of data is server collecting ?

Yea I was asking what kind of data the server is collecting since it looks like it's more than just IP or maybe I don't understand how the ban works. Either way how can I know what type of data is collected here more than ip i was asking, don't care about how the ban works

^^^ Yea that was where I was heading. Can't seem to find  a any real info. Maybe i'm missing some privacy form somewhere. Either way instead of prolonging this topic with hostile replies maybe just give the answer I'm looking for because what data I'm sharing is relevant to me;
