ideas for pd ranking system

I don't remember where , but I've seen somebody suggesting a recalculation of PSR when somebody leaves it game to make it more balanced . This idea seems very smart and it's the best I've seen so far but I've been thinking about something else ... Lets say we apply this suggestion . Then you join a game hosts balances and you guys start owning the opposite team 5v5 . Somebody gets pwned a lot and ragequits    This means you guys would win a lesser amount of PSR because you played well and made somebody ragequit ? I think this idea of recalculating PSR should be only applied in a certain amount of time in game ... well that's just my opinion . What do you think about this ?

It can apply only when the leave reason is not "left the game voluntarily". Or apply only to the rest of losing team, because they are not responsible for the leaver and shouldn't have to pay psr for him.
