what damage he ruined balkan channel.
example : you give me power to vouch and unvouch people in channel like ,,ihrl,, and i abuse that power and unvouch(and ban) all people in that channel and now you have crap channel with 0 peoples...So do you understand point of my block ?

yes ofc the more people the better. Do you  know any of these: HTML, CSS, php, javascript/jquery?

I know all of that, and a lot more and I can help u, but if you're making something that will be online for a long time, with 100.000/200.000 min. visitors monthly. So , I'm only for big projects If you're making something like that.

I know that some people from this site can do a lot, especially those GFXers with their skill to design portals Programming part , is easiest then designing, for me.

Well I would say both coding and designing must be good for the website to work perfectly. Also I prefer designing with code over making images and just implementing them. First of all lets open a new topic and see what team we have and give each one of us a job.

btw Rio can you show some example of your work, so I know which level of skill you are :/

kingW3 np, your job would probably be around contact forms and all other things that require interaction with server if you know what I mean. (PHP stuff)

I think we should start with your portfolio, it wouldn't be hard. I have some cool ideas for a portfolio, something really modern.  You portfolio wouldn't require much work, you and me could do it without much problems The only thing is you will need a server :/ for beginning I can host it on www.pixel-laboratories.com/Yourname
but if you want this for work or something more professional you will need to consider getting your own domain.
