tarru4 wasn't moving from the very beginning of the game: standing near top tower (and moving from time to time in order to don't get kicked).
We warned enemies several times that he is afk.

Several minutes later our mid player was dc-ed:
11:02 [All] TSK-HURKUS lagged out (dropped by vote), TSK-HURKUS was autobanned.
And even after that, they refused to kick our afker, so we had to play 3 vs 5, not gaining gold from this afker (plus, they killed him once).

These 4 guys didn't votekick him:

I paused the game 3 times, manokerrr unpaused all the times.
So, they saw our teammate is afking, they were warned about it, and still didn't vote.
Since we def-ed 3 v 5 more than 20 minutes after, this might be counted as not kicking on purpose in order to win this game.
