Offtopic / Why do players leave LA ?

I could post this topic to some above general level but since they don't allow me it must be here.
How are players satisfied with LA and its crew
since there is no other place where i can post this and none of the head admins or administrators are not responding they dont care, i'd like to hear other players opinions.

over a night LA became good place to entertain myself
i also like to salute erneto--he is no longer leaving games :p

I love when i open the ban req page and i see 5 pages unsolved ban req... and yet we have 15 admins !! and when someone report me admin ban me in the 10 min time after the ban is posted

why can admins join in games when they are banned and why are they allowed to unplug during game multipte times just to rmk and ruin games?...
