In order to get /ann powers, should i be tournament mod or there are any else ways?
I do not want to support existing tours (because i simply can`t , same as take part in it - i can`t be online at time these tours are hosted), i want to support my GLADIATORS tours section, which will include (currently i design it for following):
- 1v1 fights (with any mode both duelists will accept) (well, except some really cheat ones, like -wtf, -test or such)
- 2v2, 3v3, 4v4, 5v5 fights (with not only standart modes; there will be some good old modes used like -sc (Super Creeps) and -cp (Capture Point), for example
- Slam the Mammoth - 1v2, 1v3, 1v4, 1v5 -om games

So, multiple leagues, stats (win/loses only atm) will be tracked on my website (almost ready).
All what i need is to wake up these clowns which do never visit the forum, so i need /ann abilities.

I may donate lil 10$ instead of 5$ if it matters.

As far as I know, you must be tour mod. Maybe there is another way to get access for ann command, but you will have to ask red ones.
