kicked from staff? ha ha ha 2 times i left my fiend,only 1 time i got demoted. why the fuck do u disinform members here? u got demoted 2 times,me only 1 xD so?
lately? since on 2012 for u its lately 3 years are enough for u? more than 250 tours participated,50 of them created by me. that isnt enough for u? u also said that that i was the one who ruined tours section,well that is not true also. those numbers up says everything.
and rly what has to do my demotion with those icons. imo oufo is right. not everyone here won +20 tours like me,ns and some other guys here so i dont see a reason why not to make them perm. the only value the have is to look a little bit cool,its not that we are going to sell them or eat and they are a sign that u won something for that u have that icon,like here on forum.

I think tour Win icons should be permenant .. since i won like 11 tours so far. . and icons just disappear after 3 month ..

Icons last for 1 month, there is no reason to make it perma, imo the 50% of the reward is the server icon, if you won it why you should play on the next (same)tour? only for that PSR? Everything is about "motivation", 70% percent of the participants are playing only for that server icon..!

Not rly for example i dont care about the icons i play the tours for the psr , which btw from last tour still didnt got it and i got apsolutely no idea why is it taking so long.
