First of all thats not best way to get anything from anyone by making QQ thread and throwing vulgar words around. Abit beeing polite please. Everything you got in general. If you have 3kb per sec thats bad but it doesnt mean internet is slow, it means that ur connection is slow. Try to find other DL location.
Use google and write there "Warcraft 1.26a" patch. Using google doesnt hurt.

on mediafire is nice speed and some google links are for that I tried and 200-250 kbps and I got slow net in collage house from blizz it is overloaded me to like 2-5 kbps
