b) game ruining (lagging and afking)

2 games, same lags. He has really bad connection and can't fix it.
So, I have lost two games just cause of that.

In this game he was playing on the mid lane, kepts lagging from time to time and died cause of that. And in the final stage of the game, he was afking at the base a few minutes, which resulted in a lose.

This guy was sad cause i killed spectre instead of helping him and decided to ruin. Went into our foresting and kept farming there for 5 minutes instead of pushing with a team. Also he went on enemies one vs all with zero chanses to kill someone and died there.

legion was going to farm in the forest, so i asked for a solo top lane. Team agreed, but myfellaz didn't say a word, and just moved there. I had to move to the bottom lane (and lost time cause of that). Same moment mefellaz didn't get chick share, and that was a reason he tped mid on purpose, letting top lane free (and stood mid for a long time). That was ruining on purpose.

Our lich was absolutely useless this game, died a lot of times and stood near towers.
After another death he went afk near the fountain and stood there for about 7 minutes, moving a bit.
Enemies saw that he is 5-10 lvls below all other players in the game, and he is not playing (+feeding), but they still didn't kick him.

He played jugger, completely failed his lane. Came mid (on lvl 4) to farm without saying any word.
On 23rd or 24th minute he bought a lot of wards (both sentries and obs), planted them on our base. And stood afk near the fountain (in fact he used to afking near the fountain before that, but not that much).

This guy had 1830 points last season and a lot of games overall. He used to post other guys on forum, he played on SS league. So, he knows rules pretty well and broke them on purpose, in order to ruin the game.
Max ban, please.

tarru4 wasn't moving from the very beginning of the game: standing near top tower (and moving from time to time in order to don't get kicked).
We warned enemies several times that he is afk.

I paused the game 3 times, manokerrr unpaused all the times.
So, they saw our teammate is afking, they were warned about it, and still didn't vote.

Since we def-ed 3 v 5 more than 20 minutes after, this might be counted as not kicking on purpose in order to win this game.
