5: Explain to us your general vision about the situation.
At the beginning of the game he blocks me and misses FB, then ignores me for no reason, then gives away fb and charges the enemy, gets us both killed. Then keeps dying and getting us killed by charging in. Then he sits at fountain only to go and die to extremely farmed enemy. Foods in the enemy team doesn't vote to kick him. He is lvl 6 at 15 mins with 8 deaths already. Then in later stages afks in the base.

37th- 38th minute and on definately afk. Prior to that, he afks for a minute then plays some, then afk again then play some. I have to watch the whole game to specify every single time he was afk. Early game he stood afk for short periods of time, later he completely afked. That is around 37 minute mark.

You argue that his feeding is due to lack of skill. However this is not true. Infact he has 1661 psr. How can a person with that psr can lack basic skills? Besides he has the second highest psr in the game, not to mention that he is the one with highest psr in our team. On top of that the players he played against in the lane has lower psr then him too. One can argue that psr is not equivalent to skill, however there is no way a player with 1660+ psr does consecutive deaths 2 mins apart due to lack of skill against lesser players if it wasnt on purpose. Maybe he didnt care, that doesnt change the outcome. When supposedly best player (based on psr calibrated balance) in the team ends up with 13 deaths, 8 of which occurs within the first 10 mins, that is not due to lack of skill. It should be clear as a day. I mentioned the afk timings in later stages of the game in the previous post.
