b) game ruining (lagging and afking)

2 games, same lags. He has really bad connection and can't fix it.
So, I have lost two games just cause of that.

he was lagging whole game long, and ofc he feeded enemies cause of that.

In this game he was playing on the mid lane, kepts lagging from time to time and died cause of that. And in the final stage of the game, he was afking at the base a few minutes, which resulted in a lose.
