is votekick an abuse

I joined a game where 3 friends were present.

after 5 minutes 2 of the opponents left. Host asked me if i switch. I wanted rmk or roll. Host told me either to switch or they votekick me, I voted for rmk - and then was votekicked. Is this a host abuse?

No , u cant do anything ... They just kick u , there is no reason to do...

as you can see after they vote kicked me they tried even to ban me...

yes it is abuse i got kicked out of dozens of games couse i refused to switch  into feeders/noobs team  and so on

can any moderator express his/her opinion? As mister Vaikiss said - it is an abuse to votekick somebody for no reason - and trying to ban him is even bigger abuse -

Pd.eu has a ladder. While many people are playing for fun, there are many people playing for stats. When you are playing a support/babysitter hero you give all your effort to feed your carry, than some people leaves the game and other team wants a switch. Either because of an unlucky roll or because the carry thinks "I can pwn anyone in this game now" he or you switch to other team and all minutes and effort you spent in that game is ruined also that switch mostly makes the hard working supporter a feeder. That's why everyone is free to vote -no to switch and everyone is free to leave if their team has 2 more leavers than other team. Any !votekick command used on someone not breaking any rules should be taken in account as command abusers and thoose supporting the abusive !votekick should be warned and punished if they repeat. The ladder should be about the skill of players not about how the players in game maintains the commands.

A kick allowed for any reason means it is free to be abused.
I've seen this situation;
We as Scourge had an amazing Mirana midder. A player from Sentinel got disconnected mid game. Other team said "balance" and tried to !votekick our Mirana. Sentinel fully voted, we had a friend of game owner in Scourge he voted along. We lost our amazing Mirana with the reason "balance". We supported our carry, they supported their carry until 40th minute. Than suddenly the Sentinel wanted our carry in their team (pretty much organised) I kept saying -no to switch request than I got !votekicked. After that game in stats I saw sentinel won a game they were losing because of !votekick. Guess what, only 2 of them took 2 days ban for flaming... If you think this is not abuse... You lack common sense than...
