Someone think to fix this or server dying ??

In usual cases but in mine they are not altho I have same "problem" with lag.

You may want to consider some solutions to lags, it's not the server it's the goddamn version of warcraft that they made such a good job at it. Look below:

1.
Go to registry (Run>regedit.exe) to this : HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Blizzard Entertainment\Warcraft III\Video and change Lockfb to 0

2. Use native fullscreen. (and also visit HERE (http://wiki.eurobattle.net/index.php?title=How_to_increase_FPS_in_Warcraft_III) )

3. If you tell me the operating system, I can provide more information.

is there option to turn off vsync cuz it's locked 62 fps?

Yes you can, if you have nvidia video card go to "Manage 3D settings -> Vertical Sync off" (One of the last options) @XCens
