Randy Blythe (Lamb of God) is in CZ. At court.

In 2010 few fans got to podium (security sucked), two of them, were shed off by Randy. Ppl catched only one fan, other one, Daniel, hit the floor by head and died later in hospital.

Daniel got to podium once or twice before Randy shed him, as well as other fans. Randy, as he said, was upset because of this and already told some fan, who got to podium, that he can't be here. Randy is "blind as f*ck" without his glasses so he didn't know if Daniel was the same guy who already was taken off the podium.

Randy was arrested last year when Lamb of God came to CZ to concert. No one from band knew what happend to Daniel until Randy was arrested.

Randy payed bail of $400,000 and left CZ few weeks after arrest.

Now he came to trial, as he said he wants to clear things off. Family of Daniel wants $500,000.

For that "crime" , no price is high ...

It's forbidden to climb the stage therefore not his fault in my oppinion.
More like security should've taken care of that.

Randy Blythe was today acquitted of indictment by city court of Prague.

The prosecutor wanted 5 years punishement for Randy, he didn't commit a crime regarding to the court.

Family of Daniel may require (financial) compensation at civil court.

Randy Blythe admitted in his statement that he pushed some fan off the stage after few ppl got there and were "harassing" the band.
Regarding to Randy, the fan fell into crowd and get up on his feet, the crowd showed that the fan is ok.

Experts in the field of psychiatry and psychology said Randy isn't anyhow agresive or similar.

The judgment is not final, the prosecutor may appeal against it.
