1- Because they're friends, locked together, etc..If you host game, u can check their psr and decide if you want to kick them or leave to play.
2- If you dont like how other host, host your own game and play. Then u can decide who will join.
- Getting 1700+ is easy on pub game, whoever host it.
- If you want to get PSR fast, find a team to play and play with them, fast games-couple minutes, only for psr.
