He gave !rmk begining of game after I had choosed tech. İt was ap game, ı think that mode give me a chance to take whatever ı want
He was flaming during game, and never help to teammates, except using ulti, said to me 'stupid turk' racism word and ınsulted the other teammates. As a result we kicked him.

He was toxic but still that isn't reason to votekick him,he didn't come 2 combats with only just ulti but it's still early to decide him refusing to play since he didn't say anything that he won't come combats and he might had join combats in later,

If he didn't come atleast 1-2 combats more then i would call it justified votekick,thats common insult and not bannable unless if he used it excessive rate
