I personally like phase boots more than arcane because with phase @ 5th min you can gank like a madman. Then meka, then agha, then game over(if not, hex).

PB boost all heroes and gives better ganking potential but only some heroes benefit from it most, imo on chen are good but it depends on the game, in some situations are better mana boots cause of supporting heavy mana depending team or PB for ganking not only from jungle with surprise and sometimes are just PT the best choise cause you can switch from str to int but imo the least used, but chen can be good still with basic BoS cause he doesnt kill alone and hes range

Best is cm with Mom ,or me buying divine for techies..none bothers to atack him so its best thing to do
