In your WC3 folder you have a configuration settings file named ,,config.dota", you can open it with notepad and search for ,,Betterfps" ,,Betterfps2" ,,Betterfps3"
If they are ,,True", rewrite 'em to ,,False"

Why swap? 60-80% games are dota1 v6.9 on every from the last 10 pages https://dota.eurobattle.net/la/forum/index.php?action=gameinfo;sa=games;area=ladder
Dota2 v7 lost, its not popular map. Every time I go for game there are 2-3 games with v6.9 map and 1 or huge zer0 games with v7 map. Give them /w la-dota7map !pub or something like that, no reason to punish 70-80% players.
Not hard to see which map is more popular, swap will mean hard time for dota1 players. Version 7 is not dota. @cen
Based on your wrotes, i assume you are a very narrow mind person, as i see in the ladder games, on the first page there are 16 v6 and 14 v7 (capture in attachment), besides, there are so many people that doesn't even know how to host v7 (just like the author of this topic), if the maps were reversed, the number of v7 games would greatly improve. Try to make your statements objectively, it's useless if you throw balloons without filling 'em with something. As for tooshade post, i will ignore it since it's like ,,i want my broken toy, not a brand new advanced one, i will cry and leave if you don't listen to me". Pathetic! To host v7 you need to do the command:
/w la-dota !privobs whatevernameyouwant
After you join your own host !pub it to make it public
I know, bullshit, the high staff decided for 6.9 to be the main map cuz of noobs who are incapable to adapt

Whatever, i'll answer your questions in a straightforward manner for you to understand. First of all, NC exp gain were lowered to promote lanes. Secondly, as i see on the logs, Yurnero was simply farming efficiently and maximising hes farm while no one disturbed him, it's normal for this to happen, there are some players with 0 denies, unbelievable.
As for the PSR part, if the 1800 guy won the game, he would've gain +1, he can do +/- 5 in a game where all are 1600-1700+, also you, if you've won the game +23 instead -, the psr system is kinda simple, all you have to do is to have a over 50% win rate to climb the ladder, of course, the psr gain/take reflects the game you are in, if the game is overall high for you, the gain/take is higher.
I hope this street-like explaining helps you understand.

Every time when it's an update / upgrade on the map, the same bunch of crybabies are incapable to adapt, whinning and rejecting any type of change or improvement, srsly, it's so pathetic how you guys cry and threaten with leaving the game. Always after some time, you come back and play the game as it is. Just leave as you all say or gather and host your own map, don't force other people to stagnate with you.

You can modify everything except for abilities, in the menu abilities hotkeys are locked, you can't change anything, as for the file, the settings for abilities can't be loaded anymore on this new vers.
You prolly have the Legacy button checked. I'm using qwer normally.

? You can modify everything ingame now. Just press f9 whilist in game and set the hotkeys however you want.
I'm not sure if config.ini file has any use now, non-hotkeys related.

dota already have antispam minimap signals just -mute #(1 2 3 4 or 5) who spam signals
It's not the same, the mute completely remove the show of signals while the deer method prevent spam of it, no matter how you see it, it's clearly different and better.
