Is this considered share abusing?

Okay, we have a sniper and he has a chicken. I request share and he gives me share. In return, he requests that i upgrade his shitty chicken. I upgrade his chicken into an mlg flying one, after 1 minute he dies, that death is due to him diving under some shit ass tower and he decides to unshare, even tho i have been healing him the whole game. Is this considered share abusing or something? I upgrade for a free unshare.
2. What if i just upgrade and then he unshares? I am not share abusing, but is that part on his side considered share abuse?

      Note: Unsharing while other player has items in courier isn't bannable. Player can use "Pickup all items" to get items back.
