This account was closed because the user was identified using an unauthorized cheat program, also known as a "hack." These programs provide player benefits normally not achievable in StarCraft II. Such benefits include, but are not limited to, increased map visibility, abuse of connection speed, game crashes, etc. Use of these unauthorized programs harm the competitive environment because they offer an unfair advantage over other players and supersede the intended limits of the game.

Even if this behavior is the result of a third party accessing the account instead of the registered user (for example, a friend, family member, or game service) then the account owner can still be held responsible for the penalty because of the impact it had on the game environment.

Hallo Blizz, I am ... from czech republic who is noob sc2 player, instead of this fact I love this game, but, i have been baned, do not know why, for how long atc. I am not bad meaner, always GGending, and cheat, i realy do not know how to cheat in sc2 or in any other games. So please tel me in few words why i am baned and for how long, becouse i dont understand it.

Suggestion Board / Drunk/ high players

Yea.. it's me again.. i've encountered numerous people, blaming their missed spells, bad itembuild or general uselessness on being either drunk or high.. Shouldn't there be a rule against that too? I searched the rules section, but we're unable to find anything previously posted about such thing..


I mean, in a game where it's 5v4+1idiot that just had a joint and just felt the urge to go play dota asap...
I know you get what i mean... I can predict the responses like "how the F are we going to determine if the user is using performance deabilitating drugs etc." The solution is simple, ban people that admit it (or warn at least). I've just played a game where one guy was totaly lost.. when i asked him whats the matter, he said "i just smoked weed, dont worry, i dont play like this all the time.."

Thoughts?

Suggestion Board / Saving Game

Many of you maybe noticed recent influx of people that save in-game, because they want to report maphackers.
When the game starts, there's some info posted by the bot (hosted by pd.eu etc.), maybe it would be beneficial for the new players, if there alsou would be a line in sense of "You don't need to save the game in order to report MH/Bad Manners/Game Ruining"


Thoughts?

Suggestion Board / Concerning Nicknames..

I couldn't find any rules when it comes to nicknames(neither here nor on eurobattle) so I'm asking on both sites..

a) did i somehow miss them

b)this guy => http://playdota.eu/stats/player/1/adolf_hitler666
should be banned right? There should be some rules against nicknames that evoke/provoke/promote discrimination of nationalities/racism etc.


Edit: eurobattle admins already banned him , but you should add the nickname abuse to the rules if it's not there
