Why do these, let`s call them "W E I R D" people always use that 'private / direct' in-game chat ability after being ignored?

It is 2018. It is 2018, Carl!
Are they even aware that !ignore completely ignores them (except whispers, which is some another sort)?
Why do i always laugh reading their [private] messages after game in the log?
Holy shit, seriously, stop being dumb at least AT THIS.
