my friend is having fps problems in war3 usually getting 45 fps with 950m. Is it normal? He fixed locfb from regedit

I think warcraft doesn't work on some cards, it uses integrated in the cpu instead

lockfb won't give huge difference in any case unless you tried them already other options are:

- update drivers
- -betterfps
- use opengl instead of directx
- if you have switchable graphics software check profile for warcraft, disable vertical syncs, filtering and other things
- lower game video settings
- as always check, maybe there are other applications running which take resources, for example browser with youtube
