Yesterday i had a blue screen error

My acccount banned due to new map. When game started it disconnected. And i've got autoban.
Now i reinstalled warcraft3 and  eurobattle client. And i want to try again.

Game was frozen suddenly, and couldn't do anything.
4: Reason that forced you to break the rule?
I don't think i break a rule. I just couldn't go back to the game.
5: Explain to us your general vision about the situation.
Suddenly war3.exe was frozen. At that time something went wrong i don't know what. I have over 700 games and this is an old account. So i wouldn't really do anything wrong.
