we had ultra noob feeder axe in team, all sentinel voted for kick and 1 from scourge, but those 3 refused to kick him in order to feed on him and to ruin game. You can see here some chat:

A player can't be kicked even thought he was really playing bad unless he broke any rules on purpose and he wasn't break any rules in that game
