Well ... it's kind of funny I wanted to play dota, but I got error "GProxy.exe is missing". I googled it and found out my antivirus deleted it (I am using AVAST). So I have re-installed eurobattlenet, configured it and then i wanted to add exception to avast. But ... Avast did not start correctly, so i just disabled avast until restart ... atleast I thought I did that .., buuuuut i just disabled avast for 10 minutes So after 10 minutes avast deleted GProxy.exe and game crashed :/
