PS: I would like to add that this Madre. was new account, he joined 10th so i kinda forgot to check before i started game, so he is probably leaver allready and you should check for ban avoiding or IP lock him during his ban.

Unfortunatly, even if he is a leaver , we cant do anything about it.
IP check is done only if player is a serious game ruiner or worse.

But this account will be banned if found guilty.
